Rochester, NY - 01/01/09: We are very pleased to announce that as of January 1, 2009, FRS-Omega, Inc. has merged with Gradient Lens Corporation, developer and manufacturer of Hawkeye® Precision Borescopes. All of the same products and services you have come to know from FRS Omega will stay the same, and now that we are part of a larger company, you will have an even broader range of visual inspection prodcuts available to you, at great prices, backed-up by fantastic service. Our company will now be known as Gradient Lens Corporation (GLC-West).

GLC has manufactured Hawkeye® Precision Borescopes for over 12 years and has become the leader in the rigid borescope industry thanks to high quality products, superb value, fast delivery and great customer service. The addition of FRS Omega's exceptional line of flexible fiberoptic and video borescopes will allow us to provide the most comprehensive offering of rigid and flexible borescopes that are made, sold, and serviced in the United States.
